What is Termination Time Bomb?

Recording artists and labels are gearing up for a major legal battle in the near future as creators attempt to take back their works. U.S. copyright law allows authors to terminate their transfers executed on or after January 1, 1978 after thirty-five years. The year 2013 will mark the first time that authors can terminate transfers under Section 203. Are you ready for the Termination Time Bomb?
